Laphil is a Licensed Esthetician and owner of Ava Luxe Beauty Studio located in Tampa, FL. Her love for helping others embrace their true beauty is what lead her to embark on the journey to become a skincare professional in 2020. Whether it's helping to enhance her client's confidence or enabling them to reach their skincare goals, she is passionate about helping others enhance their glow!

She is very zealous and committed to making a difference in the community. She holds several Advisory Board seats focused on leveling the playing field for youth and serves as a council member on a Diversity & Inclusion council.

Laphil graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and  minor in Finance. In addition, she hold a Masters in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Florida and also served in the U.S. Army Florida National Guard.
