SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped via USPS. Once processed, tracking info will be sent via email.

Shipping currently available in US only. 

Order Processing Times
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to process. All orders processed after 5 pm will be considered a next business day order (except holidays and weekends). Orders submitted on weekends will be processed the following business day.

 

During periods of high demand such as sales, holidays, or releases, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your package to be processed and shipped.

 

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate shipping address or payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 3 business days.

 

Delivery Time
For US orders, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Please be advised USPS delays due to COVID may cause delivery times to be extended. 

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

In case of  delayed, lost, or stolen packages, please submit a claim throughUSPS.com so USPS may try to locate your order as soon as possible.

Once a claim has been filed please send us the claim information and we will wait on the results of the claim before proceeding forward. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped.

 

Incorrect Shipping information
Please understand that our system prints out shipping labels according to what the customers placed on their shipping and billing information.

 

If your order has NOT been shipped, please send an email immediately to info@avaluxebeautystudio.com. If your order has been shipped, please contact USPS to reroute your package in case of any error within shipping information. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Ava Luxe Beauty! Due to the nature of our products, all products are nonrefundable. However, we are more than happy to exchange unopened skincare (seal cannot be broken) products within 7 days of purchase. Submit exchange request to: info@avaluxebeautystudio.com

 

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted for all returned merchandise. We apologize, but opened skincare products, ALL lash extensions (falsies) and ALL jewelry are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
