It is  recommend that people have a professional facial about every three to four weeks. That's how long it takes the skin to move through the full life cycle of skin cell growth and exfoliation. Regular treatments will help keep your skin refreshed, clear, and toned. However, if you tend to be on the oily side, you may need more frequent visits to achieve the desired results. Likewise, correction facials also require a case by case assessment. 

We would recommend postponing makeup wear for at least 24 hours following a facial. We would also recommend cleaning your makeup brushes and equipment before applying makeup again.

Microneedling is a form of Collagen Induction Therapy,  creating controlled injuries underneath the skin’s surface. The injury induces the body to respond through the formation of new tissue. In addition to inducing collagen, the channels made from the micro-needles allow topical gels and creams to be absorbed more effectively through the top layer of skin. After microneedling, your skin works fairly quickly to rejuvenate new tissue.In theory, you should see results within a couple of weeks. To maintain the results of your treatment, we recommend multiple sessions and a good at-home routine.

Due to the nature of our products, all products are nonrefundable. However, we are more than happy to exchange unopened skincare (seal cannot be broken) products within 7 days of purchase. Please review the complete Shipping and Return policy prior to placing an order. 

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to process. All orders processed after 5 pm will be considered a next business day order (except holidays and weekends). Orders submitted on weekends will be processed the following business day. For US orders, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Please be advised USPS delays due to COVID may cause delivery times to be extended. Please review the complete Shipping and Return policy prior to placing an order. 

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellations or reschedulings at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations requested within the 24 hours of your scheduled service will result in a forfeit of 50% of your scheduled as a cancellation fee. In the case of missing your appointment, the 50% cancellation fee will apply.  Two or more missed appointments equal being blocked from future appointments.

In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, log into your Ava Luxe Beauty account and navigate to your personal My Bookings page. There you can view upcoming and past bookings. Each of the upcoming bookings has a Reschedule and Cancel option, so you may easily make changes.
