Here at Ava Luxe Beauty Studio, our goal is to ensure you have A LUXE Experience! We have established policies to benefit all of our guests as we strive to become your preferred full service luxury day spa in the Tampa Bay area.

First Time Guests & Consultation Forms 
Thank you for choosing Ava Luxe Beauty! To better prepare for your arrival, we would like to request your assistance by taking a moment to complete the following new client consultation form.

Arrival Time 
To maximize your luxe experience, we ask that you arrive before your scheduled appointment to prepare for your treatment(s). Please note late arrivals will result in a reduction of your allocated service time and the full service price will be charged for the service(s). Arrival more than 30 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and result in a cancellation fee. Please see the cancellation and no show policy.

Scheduling Appointments 
All studio services are by appointment only. We strongly recommend that you make an appointment ahead of time. For all appointments, we require a valid credit card on file when booking.

Appointment Confirmations
As a courtesy to you we confirm all appointments via email, or text message the day before your scheduled service. Please let us know your preferred method of contact when you book your spa service. If you should need to reschedule or cancel your treatment, please adhere to our cancellation policy.

Cancellations and No Shows
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations requested within the 24 hours of your scheduled service will result in a forfeit of 50% of your scheduled as a cancellation fee. In the case of missing your appointment, the 50% cancellation fee will apply.  Two or more missed appointments equal being blocked from future appointments.

In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, log into your Ava Luxe Beauty account and navigate to your personal My Bookings page. There you can view upcoming and past bookings. Each of the upcoming bookings has a Reschedule and Cancel option, so you may easily make changes.

Note: Group Appointments/Parties (3 or more people) require at least 72 hours notice.

Studio Service Package(s) 
We’re thrilled that you’d like to book a LUXE experience with you!  Please keep in mind that all studio package services must be paid in full when booking, to reserve those experiences especially for you.

 

Children and Teens 
Select services are available for children and teens (17 and under). Children under the age of 17 require parent or guardian supervision during all available treatments.

Studio Environment

As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation while in the studio. All cell phones and electronic devices should be silenced or turned off upon check in.

Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

Service Guarantee 

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your experience, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections and providing a LUXE experience.

 

Health History 

For your comfort and safety, please notify your service provider if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately.
